You Can’t Do That On Television IPA
This West Coast-style IPA boasts a light malt bill that lets the hops shine through. It features notes of tropical fruit and pine, with a noticeable bitter finish. This brew is an excellent choice for those seeking the complex flavors of American hops.

Stonewall Sour Saison
Named in honor of the gay rights uprising that motivated Pride Festival at the Stonewall Inn in 1969; we sour this naturally with lactobacillus then ferment with saison yeast. Orange peel and coriander round out the lemony tartness with a fruity and herbal refreshing finish.
-
Belgian Brown Ale
A hybrid Belgian ale brewed with an Abbey yeast and a complex malt bill, featuring flavors of roasted coffee, caramel, and rye spice, complemented by the rich flavors of stone fruit from the Belgian Abbey yeast.
-
Krispy The Kid: Rice Lager
Rice lager recipes originated in Japan, where they have been brewed since the late 1800s. The use of rice as an ingredient contributes to the beer’s light and crisp quality. The taste is crisp and refreshing, with a subtle sweetness from the rice and a clean, light but noticeable bitterness from the hops.

Autobahn Hefeweizen
Autobahn Hefeweizen Hefeweizen, a traditional German wheat beer, is celebrated for its distinctive cloudy appearance. Its delightful yeast profile infuses the beer with flavors of clove and banana. Low hopping rates, utilizing German hops, contribute a subtle bitterness, while the focus remains on the malty and yeasty notes. This beer is an absolute delight on a hot summer day. Prost!
-
Dunkelweiz-up
Our interpretation of this German-style beer, a delightful fusion of Dunkel and Hefeweizen, offers pleasant esters of banana and cloves from the weizen ale yeast, complemented by the sweet maltiness and chocolate notes.
-
Guava Goddess
Our annual Pink Boots Society brew features locally grown and malted Solstice Malt Pilsner and Wheat malts, fresh guava puree, and Pink Boots Hop Blend. Notes of fresh stone fruit, berries, and citrus flavors rounded with a smooth mouthfeel. Every year, the Pink Boots Society chooses a fresh new hop blend; this year’s blend features Krush, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Chinook. The guava and dry-hop meld nicely for this “juicy IPA” style. A portion of proceeds are donated to Pink Boots to support women in the brewing industry.
-
Altbier
“Altbier,” a traditional German ale style originating in Düsseldorf, is named after its “old beer” German origin. Its copper-brown color is a result of the rich caramel and roasted malts used in brewing. The malt imparts bready, nutty, and caramel notes, while the hops add a spicy character. This beer finishes clean and crisp, reminiscent of a lager with a medium-bodied mouthfeel.
