This German weiss (wheat) beer features a robust banana aroma and flavor from traditional Hefeweizen yeast, complimented with a light velvety mouthfeel and delicate toasted bread malt notes. Brewed with locally grown and malted Solstice Malt.

Dry Irish Stout
Our version of a classic Irish Stout: locally-grown and floor-malted Solstice Mild gives it a rich and bready character, while specialty malts provide subtle roasted coffee and chocolate notes. A creamy body and dry finish round it out.

Friendly Introduction Pale Ale
Our house pale ale is brewed with locally grown and malted Solstice Mild Malt then dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. Tropical, citrus, pine, and white wine characteristics highlight this pale ale with a delicate malty backbone and a light dry finish.

Guava Goddess
Our annual Pink Boots Society brew features locally grown and malted Solstice Malt Pilsner and Wheat malts, fresh guava puree, and Pink Boots Hop Blend. Notes of fresh stone fruit, berries, and citrus flavors rounded with a smooth mouthfeel. Every year the Pink Boots Society chooses a fresh new hop blend; this year’s blend features Ahtanum, El Dorado, HBC 638, Idaho 7. The guava and dry-hop meld nicely for this “juicy IPA” style. A portion of proceeds are donated to Pink Boots to support women in the brewing industry.

The Hunter: Kölsch
This light, cold-fermented German-style ale features a crisp body with a dry finish and minimal hop presence. A classic crushable beer full of bready malt notes. Brewed with locally grown and malted grain from Solstice Malt.

Sugar House Pilsner
This is a classic, Czech-style Pilsner brewed with 100% locally grown and malted Solstice Pilsner malt and flaked maize. Saaz hops give it a light herbal, earthy, spicy flavor and aroma.

Wolf Moon Amber Ale
Our Wolf Moon Amber Ale provides a glorious display of various malts and a healthy dose of hops. The malts bring out biscuit, caramel, burnt sugar, and dried fruit flavors with a dry finish. The hop profile brings floral, citrus, stone-fruit, and piney notes.

Our Mexican-style lager is brewed with 100% locally grown and malted Solstice Malt’s Pilsner, Mild, Munich malts and Flaked Maize. Hallertau Blanc and Saaz hops provide a delicate fruity character. Try it with a lime!

Bewilder: Barrel Aged Double ESB
9.5% ABV - This barrel aged double ESB is everything you want out of a barrel aged beer. Despite having "bitter" in the name, this is a copper colored English beer that even after aging in whiskey barrels doesn’t feel overly sweet or out of balance. Brewed with traditional floor malted English grains and blended for just the right character, this is an awesome beer that screams cellaring and future vertical flights.

A rich and compelling nose of blackberry, cassis, smoky leather and dried herbs is enhanced with layers of plum and cherry, cocoa and sandalwood. Notes of pencil lead and crushed rock mingle with subtle nuances of sage and menthol. Bold and full bodied, this wine is structured firmly around a solid core of boysenberry and cherry fruit. Supple, ripe tannins provide ample backbone for the layers of boysenberry, black cherry, licorice and dried herb flavors. Fleshy and weighty on the palate while retaining balance and finesse, it finishes long and clean with lingering notes of plum and blackberry.

Scarpetta Pinot Grigio showcases some of the best sites in Friuli-Venezia Giulia for this aromatic varietal, starting with the light, gravely soils of the Grave region. This gives it a crisp, clean minerality. Additionally, 30% of this Pinot Grigio is planted on "Ponca" soil in the Colli Orientali on steep hillsides. The combination of the Grave and Colli Orientali produces a wine which has body, bright acidity, and great minerality.
